coop regulations for placements, training and Industrial Visit

Coop department have few instructions for Industrial Visit and placement which are given below:
  1. Formals for students are mandatory for Industrial Visit.
  2. Students must have their Diary and Pen for Industrial Visit.
  3. If any student is not in proper formals and without writing material then he/she won't be taken for Industrial Visit and coop department won't be responsible for extra Industrial Visit.
  4. Coop department have few regulations for students placements and Industrial Visit which are for students and college benefit. So, students must follow those rules.
       Rule 1: their will be only one chance for training and two chances for placement. students won't be given any other chance in these.
FOR TRAINING (one chance)
Students who wants training from coop department will be provided their Company. they have to do their training in that particular Company.if students are not willing to do their training in that company, then coop department won't be responsible for their training i.e. those students have to arrange a company for training at their own  
FOR PLACEMENT (two chances)
Students who are eligible for placement (without any back-lock) will be given maximum two chances to sit in interview from Coop Department. if once they get selected and get their offer letters, they have to join that company. If they don't join that company then they'll be given another chance (2nd chance) for the interview from coop department. after these two chances students are not eligible for third interview in any company and coop department won't be responsible for their placement.

       Rule 2: If any students don't follow coop rules, then coop department can take strict action with coordination of HOD.
       Rule 3: HOD must inform coop department for Industrial Visit before 20-25 days. Coop department won't be responsible for immediate requirement.
